To enter a previously shown horse, just send the horse's name, exhibitor, and the classes you want to enter. If it is a new horse; please send the horse's registered name, AQHA number, age and sex (bring a copy of the horse's papers to the show office so secretary can get additional information and physically see the ownership). For a new exhibitor; please send name as it appears on AQHA membership card, AQHA number, and membership expiration date (bring card so secretary can physically check it). For stall reservations; please tell Farrell the number of stalls, number of nights, arrival date/time, and shavings requirements.
For cattle reservations; please let John Karl
Hudgens know how many breakaway, heading/heeling, cow horse and
ranch sorting entries you will be bringing.
